Submissions are not stored in a database on this site. When you submit the form, the information is delivered as an email to our team through our email provider, Resend, who acts as a processor on our behalf and handles the message in transit. It then arrives in our team mailbox, which is hosted by Google Workspace, and is kept there as ordinary email while we handle your request.
Before the form will send, it runs a security check from Cloudflare called Turnstile, which tells a person apart from automated traffic so that our inquiry desk is not flooded by it. To do that, Cloudflare receives your IP address and technical signals from your browser, such as which browser it is and how the page behaves while you are on it. It runs on every page that carries the form, not only when you press send. It does not read what you have typed, and it is not used to identify or track you across other websites.
Resend, Google Workspace and Cloudflare are based in the United States, so handling your inquiry involves transferring it there. If you are in the EU, EEA, UK, or Switzerland, that transfer relies on those providers’ standard contractual clauses and equivalent safeguards.
We also send one automatic acknowledgement to the email address you entered, so you have a record that your inquiry arrived. It confirms receipt and gives you our desk number. It does not repeat what you sent, and nothing else follows it.
For site analytics we use Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless and operated by Vercel as a processor on our behalf. It collects only aggregate traffic metrics and does not track you across other websites. We do not run any marketing, advertising, or social-media tracking cookies.
